What We Believe
The story of Kainos begins with the redemptive love of Christ for the entire world:
“For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life” (John 3:16).
True love is costly. Just as God’s love led Christ to come and redeem us from sin, that same love now moves us to care for others with compassion and grace. God’s love reaches every person, and He is both willing and able to save and restore all who come to Him.
“Kainos” (καινός) is a Greek word meaning “completely new.”
We chose this name to reflect our hope for women in prostitution:
that they may take steps toward a new life marked by dignity, self-confidence, hope, and faith in the living God.
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come: the old has gone, the new is here! 2. Corinthians 5, 17
